Company’s AI-powered diagnostic is shaping the future of sepsis care

CHICAGO, IL – November 14, 2025 – Prenosis has been named a winner of the 24th Annual Chicago Innovation Awards, the region’s foremost recognition of the most innovative new products and services introduced each year. Winners were announced at an event held on Thursday, November 13th at the UIC Forum.

Prenosis received this honor for Sepsis ImmunoScore™, an FDA De Novo-Authorized AI diagnostic that identifies sepsis risk earlier and supports more confident clinical decisions. Built on the company’s Immunix™ precision medicine platform, Sepsis ImmunoScore integrates biological and clinical data to generate real-time insights into a patient’s immune response. This represents a major step toward a more personalized, biology-driven model for acute care diagnostics.
